Dr. Rajas Pradhan graduated from the Baylor College of Dentistry, the same as Dental Depot’s founder and CEO – Dr. Glenn Ashmore. Dr. Pradhan’s favorite part of being a dentist is interacting with his patients to solve their needs, seeing people happy at the end of the day with the final product of his hard work makes it all worth while. When not in the office, Dr. Pradhan loves staying fit and being active outdoors as well as exploring Phoenix’s diverse culinary scene.
Dr. Claire Simpson graduated from dental school in 2024 from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. She completed her undergraduate studies at Bradley University in Peoria, IL, where she majored in Biology with a concentration in Cell and Molecular Studies and minored in Chemistry. Dr. Simpson is passionate about general dentistry, particularly making a difference in her patients’ confidence. She strives to make every patient feel safe and informed during each step of their appointment to ease any apprehension.
Dr. Simpson’s interest in dentistry was inspired by her mother’s experience. After a severe car accident, her mother spent six years without her front adult teeth until she received her first partial denture, which changed her life. Witnessing the technological advancements in dental care during her childhood, Dr. Simpson was inspired to pursue dentistry to make a similar impact on others.
We are deeply committed to giving back to the community that has embraced us. Staying true to the long-standing tradition of philanthropy that Dental Depot is known for, we actively seek out ways to make a positive impact on the lives of those around us. Our team believes that high-quality dental care should be accessible to everyone, and we take pride in contributing to initiatives that align with this mission. In 1978, Navy veteran Dr. Glenn Ashmore opened the first Dental Depot office in Oklahoma City’s historic Linwood neighborhood as a small, family-owned private practice. Although that building burned down in 2001, during the construction of the second Oklahoma City Dental Depot location, community support helped us recover quickly. More than 45 years later, we’re proud to have just as many locations throughout Texas, Arizona, Missouri, and Oklahoma, with 25 here in the Sooner State alone!

I've been coming to this office since 2021. Dr. Pradhan is amazing, efficient, and quick. I used to be nervous going to the dentist but that changed since coming to Dental Depot. The front office staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. They always try to accommodate my schedule and explain all costs upfront. It's never about making money but rather ensuring I receive the best care possible. I'm grateful for this office and knowing I'm being taken care of.
I finally found the dental place of my dreams! No gimmicky stuff- I didn’t feel like I was being sold stuff I didn’t need (which I’ve felt at every other dentist.) And Jasmine gave me the best cleaning I have ever had! I felt so cared for the whole time. It didn’t hurt and I kept thinking “What??!! I didn’t know pain free cleanings were a thing!” Her name is fitting because she’s a magical Disney princess of a hygienist. 😊
Dental Depot in Surprise is the best dental experience I’ve ever had. They are thorough and explain everything in a way that is easily understood. They make follow up appointments easy to schedule and are forthcoming with the cost of anything.
